As a teenager you should learn to take some responsibility about your own future. I think the most important thing you are doing now is to get prepared for the future by working better on your lessons. Computer is just a tool for both education and entertainment，while mid-term exam is an important stage to test your learning.
So, I think, for the time being, you should put the exam before the QQ pet. I suggest you have a good talk with your parents and ask them to feed the QQ pet for you for a time.

We all know th at we can study better after proper relaxing.
I think you should have a good talk with your parents. Tell them your ideas and your study plan. I think they will understand and support you finally.
